Chief Oshkosh, From Roses, eh? That's funny. My first Mosin was a Finn Model 28 purchased from a Roses in Sumter, SC. I think it was for $59, or pretty close to that amount. Still have it.

I bought my first milsurp from a gunshow back in 2000. It was a Finn Mosin M39. I did not know much about Mosins other than I wanted one. I later sold it and just recently it came back to me .
